Turnigy Aerodrive SK3 - 4240-530KV Brushless Outrunner Motor
Once again we instructed our engineers to develop a motor that would not only rival but surpass the quality of the leading motors on the market today using the best quality magnets, bearings, and materials available.
The result is an outstanding series of motors that are efficient, strong, and robust enough for the most discerning modeler.
All of the SK3 series use quality double-shielded bearings, sintered neodymium magnets (the strongest type of permanent magnet commercially available), and a string wound stator to ensure accurate and consistent winding each and every time.
Performance Data (4S):
14x8.5: 532W, 38A, 2810g static thrust
14x10: 596W, 43A, 3190g static thrust
15x8: 618W, 44A, 3100g static thrust
Performance Data (5S):
13x5.5: 556W, 31A, 2455g static thrust
13x8: 734W, 42A, 3345g static thrust
14x6.5: 782W, 45A, 3333g static thrust
Turnigy SK3 brushless motors are yet another step forward in motor evolution.
