Are you looking to convert your SK450 quadcopter into a flying dead cat? If so, we have just the thing! This kit allows you to convert your standard SK450 into the "Dead Cat" style configuration with or without (your choice) the mess and hassle of mounting your own dead feline to the frame.

In addition to flying your deceased family pet around at home or your favorite local flying site, this configuration is also ideal for aerial video/photography as the front arms offer an extra wide field of view. The integrated camera mount plate located at the front of the frame is perfect for mounting a GoPRO or similar sized camera.

This kit includes everything necessary to convert your SK450 quad frame into either a wicked camera rig or a morbid dead pet mobile, the choice is yours!

*Note: This is a conversion kit only, the arms and other components are not included, it requires the use of original SK450 frame parts to complete.

Introducing the HobbyKing™ HMF X240 quadcopter frame kit; a compact FPV capable quadcopter with big capability.

The HMF X240 is a mini sized quadcopter measuring in at 280mm from arm to arm, this robust and cost effective multi-rotor is perfect for FPV racing or negotiating an obstacle course at your local field.

A carbon composite frame makes this compact quad extremely durable whilst remaining flexible, giving you the confidence to push the limits and yet it weighs just 80 grams.

The HMF X240 will accomodate a camera setup on the front or top platforms (why not take a walk on the wild side and have both??)
With space at the rear for your video transmitter, the protected space in the centre of the frame will accept most popular flight controllers.

Four integrated strap slots on the bottom hold the battery in place and allow for easy swap over between flights without compromising cooling.
Vented, double-deck arms provide protection and unimpeded cooling airflow for the recommended  10~15A ESC's while the simple, shock-absorbing undercarriage arrangement will guard against those less than perfect landings.

Any motor in the 13~18mm range with 12mm mounting bolt spacing will drop straight onto the motor mounts and will be sure to give a sparkling performance in the right hands.

GEPRC have changed the classic “X” frame design and have come up with a new design idea with a long dual deck built over the “X” arms. The GEP-VX5 is 215mm wheelbase FPV Drone which is designed for 5” propellers. 

The individual 4mm carbon fiber arms have a CNC machined bracket to add additional strength when mounting the arms to the 2mm carbon fiber lower deck. This allows individual arms to be easily replaced if damaged. The upper deck is also of 2mm carbon fiber and joined to the lower deck with eight custom 35mm aluminum columns. Up front, there is an adjustable (0~55deg) FPV camera mount to aid in getting the correct viewing angle. At the back, there is a 10 LED panel that can be either run via the flight controller or stand-alone. GEPRC have also provided a new style PDB (with BEC, 5V 3A output, 12V 500mA output) with an XT60 connector which helps remove some of the cable clutter.

Just connect up your favorite Flight Controller, 20~30A ESCs and 2204~2305 motors powered by 3S~4S 1300mAh to get you moving.
