This third version of the Durafly DH 100 Vampire follows on from its predecessors to deliver a fantastic even better version of this popular EDF jet. We have added many more improvements so that the best has got even better. These new improvements include, additional carbon-fiber reinforcement, simplified and lighter landing gear struts, improved ducting and thrust pipe for increased performance, plastic nose for added protection, and plastic retract mount fairings.

After the success of the original H-King FLYCAT 70mm EDF jet, which was a basic aileron, elevator, and throttle-only model, we now have the FLYCAT V2. This new version has an upgraded power setup with a brushless inrunner motor and Aerostar RVS G2 ESC, twin rudders, a set of pre-installed electronic retracts, and a brand-new high-viz color scheme. It retains from the V1 its stunning streamlined looks, agility, performance, and impeccable flying characteristics.

With a new more powerful setup, the 2860-2100KV brushless inrunner motor and the 12-blade EDF unit make the Flycat V2 not only quite a bit faster, but it improves the verticals and it also sounds amazing, just like a real turbine, especially when doing fast, high-speed passes. Coupled with the motor and EDF unit is one of our Aerostar 80A RVS G2 speed controllers, this not only gives you solid reliability, it also offers you the choice of instant reverse. If you are flying from a hard runway this helps shorten the landing run quite considerably when selected after touchdown. Another feature of the FLYCAT V2 is the twin-rudders, these bring in another dimension when flying the V2. It is now able to perform even more jet-like maneuvers including falling leaves and knife-edge, etc, and they also help in the approach to landing and when flying at slower speeds. The new high-viz color scheme not only looks great, but it stands out well in the sky which helps orientation when flying big, fast aerobatic maneuvers. Last but not least on the V2 there is no need for hand-launching, it comes with a set of pre-installed grass-capable electronic retracts. These robust and reliable retracts enable smooth take-offs and landings on hard and grass runways

Avios has excelled yet again in bringing you another interesting and high-quality RC model, the Avios PBY Catalina. Avios are at the forefront of water plane technology; they have produced more types than any other manufacturer in this class of model. The Avios model captures the looks and great flying characteristics of the full-size plane with this stand-off scale model of the iconic World War II flying boat. The Catalina was one of the most widely used flying boats of the 2nd World War. Flying the Arcus F3A is a dream, the long tail moment, the low wing loading, and the abundance of power give you a stable and predictable airplane. Take-offs require very little rudder input, rolls are crisp and axial, and loops can be as large as you wish. The large propeller provides ample braking action in the downlines to avoid overspeeding, and if you enjoy flying knife-edge, then the Arcus II performs this with ease. No roll or pitch coupling here, just apply a touch of rudder, control the throttle to hold your line, and the Arcus will knife edge until the cows come home. Following on from the incredible success of the first H-King Paramotor comes this V2. This version sports a new, much more efficient, stable, parafoil wing in a vibrant color scheme. This makes it much easier to launch and fly and adds loads more stability when flying than the previous version. It will even perform take-offs from the ground with assistance from a helper, and long, long, touch and goes are performed with ease. Another improvement is the lines that attach the gondola to the parafoil, these are stronger and much smoother, so they are less likely to bind to each other when launching. Next on the list of new features are clear servo arms for added realism, a super bright LED light bar, and a white prop. This light bar illuminates the underneath of the sail and reflects off the white prop allowing you to have even more fun with your paramotor by enabling you to carry on flying into the twilight zone.

While Avios are known the world over for their fantastic semi-scale models of powered airplanes, particularly waterplanes, their experience and dedication to designing and producing great flying models means they are perfectly placed to produce other types as well. The Avios Kobuz is a large, aerobatic, sport-scale model with outstanding flight characteristics of the SZD-21 Kobuz single-seat aerobatic glider, designed and built in Poland.

The Hobbyking H-King Mini L-39 has been developed from an earlier version that had a 50mm fan unit. This latest rendition from RC L39 aircraft sports an uprated 64mm 8-blade EDF fan unit with a 2220-3300KV brushless outrunner motor, a 50A ESC, and uses a 4S LiPo battery instead of the original 3S setup. This version of the Vampire DH100 is finished in a Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) color scheme, this scheme was selected for its history and its orientation when flying. The RCAF obtained their Vampires in late 1948, and being their Air Force's first-ever jet fighter, they were an instant hit with the RCAF aircrew and pilots. The Vampire had an outstanding performance and graceful lines, this Durafly version captures these attributes beautifully.
