Flying the Arcus F3A is a dream, the long tail moment, the low wing loading, and the abundance of power give you a stable and predictable airplane. The AVIOS Albatross HU-16 is a beautiful twin-engine flying boat with a large monohull, and wing floats, the entire underneath of the front portion of the hull is reinforced with plastic. This allows it to happily take the knocks and bangs of using a grass airfield to fly from, but as mentioned before, it really does come into its own when operating from your favorite lake or waterway. Taxi-ing, and lining up for take-off are made all that much easier with the water rudder and the supplied Aerostar forward/reverse water-resistant ESCs. Built-in flaps provide plenty of lift and make the landings and take-offs that much easier and extremely scale-like.

This version of the Yak-11 is the Red Reno Racer, this is not a totally scale color scheme, but is loosely based on the Strega P-51 Reno Mustang. As mentioned above, being the racer version it is supplied with a power train that has been developed for pure speed. Using a 6S LiPo pack, the 5020-550KV brushless motor with the supplied 95A ESC and 16x6 prop will give the Yak-11 an incredible turn of speed in excess of 100mph.
