The HobbyKing® ™ Walrus is a very capable, fun model that appeals to both new and experienced pilots alike. Easy to fly and easy to build, the Walrus is great value for money!

Made from tough EPO foam, the Walrus is simple to assemble, the colourful decals are pre-applied, and the brushless outrunner motor, ESC, and all servos are pre-installed, even the folding prop and spinner have been factory fitted! As well as being easy to assemble, the Walrus is very practical and features a stiff, CF-reinforced 2pc Plug-in-wing and a large canopy area that allows you to fit a wide range of lipoly packs. Its somewhat portly proportions also make the Walrus super easy to hand-launch. The great-looking scheme is perfect for orientation, and its appealing size gives the Walrus plenty of presence, as well as the ability to handle a little wind.

The 550mm XK A300 Beechcraft D17S is manufactured to very high standards in tough EPP foam. It is supplied ready to fly (RTF) complete with a Mode 1-2 switchable 2.4GHz 4 channel RC system, a switchable 6-axis gyro, a powerful, efficient brushless motor with ESC, 2 servos, on-board LED lights, 7.4V 600mAh battery, and a USB charging cable. Assembly is very easy and straightforward, all the necessary parts and tools are supplied to get your Staggerwing ready to fly in less than an hour, you just need to supply 6 x "AA" batteries for the transmitter.

The gyro is switchable from the transmitter, 3 modes can be selected. The first is beginners mode which gives maximum stabilization and reduces the amount of control the pilot has, the second is intermediate, which reduces the stabilization and gives the pilot slightly more control. The final mode is no gyro stabilization and the pilot has full control authority. It also features a "One-Key" aerobatic system which makes performing aerobatics like loops and rolls a breeze, and a "One-Key" return system.
