This version of the popular Piper J-3 Cub is in a striking new Swiss color scheme which is a must for all scale pilots. This color scheme uses a lot less paint so there is a bit of a saving in weight which further reduces the already low wing loading. The attention to detail makes it an extremely realistic model, and it comes with a nice, generous size 1400mm wingspan. Like all Cub's with its large wingspan, and stable flying characteristics it is very easy to fly, perfect for low-hour pilots and experts alike. The Swiss Cub also has a new all-metal landing gear which is virtually indestructible, this will survive the hardest of landings. Further weight saving has been achieved by the removal of the metal tail bracing wires, these have been replaced with scale-looking, easy to fit, lightweight elasticated white shock chord.

The subject of this kit is the German liaison aircraft built during WW11, the Fieseler Fi 156 Storch. The Storch (German for "Stork") is famous for its STOL (Short Take-Off and Landing) abilities and it had an incredibly low stall speed of only 31mph. It was mainly used during WW11 for reconnaissance, spotting for the army and forward operations, and medical evacuation. Its design incorporated hinged slats along the entire length of the wings leading edge and a hinged and slotted set of control surfaces ran along each trailing edge, this was split equally to form outboard ailerons and inboard flaps. Virtually nothing about the Storch is streamlined with bits sticking out everywhere including the side windows,  this with its long undercarriage hanging down gives it a unique long-legged bird look which is why it was given the name of "Storch".

This great-looking and superb flying AVIOS KingTwin 1700 sports/scale model is based on a small twin-turboprop and is very reminiscent of the type used by the military or civilian charter airlines around the world. The simplistic, yet striking color scheme depicts the type of paint jobs commonly used on civilian propliners.

The KingTwin 1700 is packed full of cool features including LED lights, retracts, and split flaps. The powertrain of 2 x Aerostar 3748-820KV brushless outrunners with Aerostar 40A ESCs was chosen by the AVIOS team after careful testing. This combination of motors, ESCs, contra-rotating props, and a 4S LiPo battery proved to be the optimum setup for power and duration.

This version of the Yak-11 is the Red Reno Racer, this is not a totally scale color scheme, but is loosely based on the Strega P-51 Reno Mustang. As mentioned above, being the racer version it is supplied with a power train that has been developed for pure speed. Using a 6S LiPo pack, the 5020-550KV brushless motor with the supplied 95A ESC and 16x6 prop will give the Yak-11 an incredible turn of speed in excess of 100mph. It is quick, and seeing a model of this impressive size doing fast pylon turns near the ground is a sight to behold. Aerobatics are also a dream to perform with the Yak, the rolls are very axial, and looping maneuvers are big due to the abundance of power. The only limitations to the aerobatics it will perform are your flying skills.

This version of the Yak-11 is based on a full-size that currently flies in Germany, the color scheme honors the French units that flew for the Russians in WW2. As mentioned above, being the warbird version it is supplied with a power train that has been developed for more torque. Using a 6S LiPo pack, the powerful and reliable H-King power system gives top speeds approaching 100mph, and the vertical performance has to be seen to be believed.  Big, scale warbird maneuvers are a dream to fly with the amount of torque and power available, and the rolling maneuvers are very axial. Impress the on-lookers with slow scale-like flypasts with flaps and the wheels down, or fast, low strafing runs and pulling up into a half Cuban eight or a similar maneuver. The Yak-11 in this commemorative color scheme looks fantastic from all angles when flying or when sitting on the ground.

We have all had to start learning to fly an RC model at some point, and a stable, high-wing trainer that is very forgiving is what is required. The Dancing Wings Hobby Stick-14T 3D aerobatic trainer is the perfect choice for intermediate and experienced RC pilots alike. It is based on the classic stick design and is quite capable of all the usual aerobatic maneuvers, plus with the right power train, it doubles up as the perfect 3D trainer. The V3 is available in the classic Tundra green and white scheme, or a red and silver color scheme Durafly has called the "Inspire". The reason is that the original Tundra was "Inspired" by the "Highlander" full-size SuperStol experimental airplane.

The Avios model captures the looks and great flying characteristics of the full-size inspired Twin Otter. The impressive power-to-weight ratio and light wing loading makes for exceptional low-speed handling and STOL flight characteristics.
