The Avios Tundra series of STOL sports planes has enjoyed a massive following over the years, and rightfully so, as it has been one of the best flying RC foam planes ever designed. They have an impressive flight envelope with an amazing STOL performance, and all this is coupled with a great-looking plane. The original 1300mm Tundra was followed sometime later with the launch of the 1700mm Grand Tundra, which encompassed all your favorite features but on a larger scale. This was then followed by the Grand Tundra Plus version, which kept all the original features but had improved wing servo connectors to give a stronger and more reliable connection.

We now take yet another leap forward to the 1700mm Grand Tundra 2. Like all things that evolve, there are areas that, over time, could do with a slight improvement. So, after listening to our customers and pilots, and from our own experiences, the GT2 was born, and it is better than ever. It is now a 6S setup as standard, the tail wheel has been redesigned and strengthened, the main tundra wheels have pneumatic rubber tires, it has a removable plywood battery tray with spring-loaded latch (for quick battery changes), hex-head screws all round, and a new profile, more efficient glass-filled nylon 15x8 propeller. The look of the GT2 has also changed; it has a new, striking design in the popular green and silver color scheme.

The Avios Extra NG (Next Generation) from Hobbyking is a premium semi-scale Aerobatic RC Plane modeled after the latest Extra series aircraft. The full size offers improved aerodynamics, an even higher degree of manoeuvrability, and precise handling. This new version has an upgraded power setup with a brushless inrunner motor and Aerostar RVS G2 ESC, twin rudders, a set of pre-installed electronic retracts, and a brand-new high-viz color scheme. It retains from the V1 its stunning streamlined looks, agility, performance, and impeccable flying characteristics.

With a new more powerful setup, the 2860-2100KV brushless inrunner motor and the 12-blade EDF unit make the Flycat V2 not only quite a bit faster, but it improves the verticals and it also sounds amazing, just like a real turbine, especially when doing fast, high-speed passes. Coupled with the motor and EDF unit is one of our Aerostar 80A RVS G2 speed controllers, this not only gives you solid reliability, it also offers you the choice of instant reverse. If you are flying from a hard runway this helps shorten the landing run quite considerably when selected after touchdown. Another feature of the FLYCAT V2 is the twin-rudders, these bring in another dimension when flying the V2. It is now able to perform even more jet-like maneuvers including falling leaves and knife-edge, etc, and they also help in the approach to landing and when flying at slower speeds. The new high-viz color scheme not only looks great, but it stands out well in the sky which helps orientation when flying big, fast aerobatic maneuvers. Last but not least on the V2 there is no need for hand-launching, it comes with a set of pre-installed grass-capable electronic retracts. These robust and reliable retracts enable smooth take-offs and landings on hard and grass runways

This third version of the Durafly DH 100 Vampire follows on from its predecessors to deliver a fantastic even better version of this popular EDF jet. We have added many more improvements so that the best has got even better. This version of the Vampire DH100 is finished in a Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) color scheme, this scheme was selected for its history and its orientation when flying. The RCAF obtained their Vampires in late 1948, and being their Air Force's first-ever jet fighter, they were an instant hit with the RCAF aircrew and pilots. The Vampire had an outstanding performance and graceful lines, this Durafly version captures these attributes beautifully.

Flying the Arcus F3A is a dream, the long tail moment, the low wing loading, and the abundance of power give you a stable and predictable airplane. Take-offs require very little rudder input, rolls are crisp and axial, and loops can be as large as you wish. The large propeller provides ample braking action in the downlines to avoid overspeeding, and if you enjoy flying knife-edge, then the Arcus II performs this with ease. No roll or pitch coupling here, just apply a touch of rudder, control the throttle to hold your line, and the Arcus will knife edge until the cows come home. Finally, when the time comes, throttle back, and the Carbon Arcus settles into a nice sink rate for a perfect 3-point landing every time.

After the incredible success of the Tundra V1 and V2, Durafly has decided to produce yet another version with even more improvements to bring the Tundra series bang up to date. The V3 is now a pure 4S set-up so it has power in abundance to make your flying even more fun than it was before (if that is at all possible!). Other changes and improvements include daylight bright LEDs (so bright they are suitable for true dawn-to-dusk flying), a reinforced nylon prop that is more efficient, and better balanced, a return to the classic EPO foam wheels which are lighter, and stronger, pre-installed pushrods, and hex-head bolts and screws throughout. The V3 is available in the classic Tundra green and white scheme, or a red and silver color scheme Durafly has called the "Inspire". The reason is that the original Tundra was "Inspired" by the "Highlander" full-size SuperStol experimental airplane.

The Yak-11 was designed as an advanced trainer for use by the Soviet Air Force and came into service in 1947. The pilot and instructor sat in tandem under a long canopy that had separate sliding hoods. Although designed as a trainer, Yak-11s were also used in combat during the Korean War, and more recently, highly modified ones have been used very successfully for air racing. The Steadfast was built from scratch as an out-and-out high-performance single-seat racer in Romania in the early 2000s. It was based on the Yak-3, but essentially it looks the same as a Yak-11, so our model is based on our previous Yak-11 model.

The H-King Yak Steadfast is supplied with a power train that has been developed for pure speed. Using a 6S LiPo pack, the 5020-550KV brushless motor with the supplied 85A ESC and 16x6 prop will give it an incredible turn of speed of over 100 mph. It is very quick, and seeing a model of this impressive size doing fast pylon turns near the ground is a sight to behold. Aerobatics are also a dream to perform, the rolls are very axial, and looping maneuvers are big due to the abundance of power. The only limitations to the aerobatics it will perform are your flying skills.

The XFLY A-10 Thunderbolt II is a small, scale twin-EDF model of the iconic US Air Force close attack fighter that is perfect for flying in smaller areas such as local parks, sports fields, etc. The full-size A-10 Thunderbolt affectionately known as the "Warthog", was mainly used for close air support for ground troops and armored vehicles. It was highly maneuverable due to its large ailerons, was very tough and durable, could take a lot of punishment, and it "pièces de résistance" was the Gatling gun mounted in the nose. The Hobbyking H-King Mini L-39 has been developed from an earlier version that had a 50mm fan unit. This latest rendition from RC L39 aircraft sports an uprated 64mm 8-blade EDF fan unit with a 2220-3300KV brushless outrunner motor, a 50A ESC, and uses a 4S LiPo battery instead of the original 3S setup. The full-size L-39 jet was designed in the Czech Republic as a high-performance jet trainer for performing basic to advanced pilot training. It was the first trainer aircraft in the world to be equipped with a turbofan.

Avios continues to bring you great flying, and high-quality RC models of interesting subjects, this theme continues with the Avios Twin Otter STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) twin-engine plane. The Avios model captures the looks and great flying characteristics of the full-size inspired Twin Otter. The impressive power-to-weight ratio and light wing loading makes for exceptional low-speed handling and STOL flight characteristics.

The Avios Twin Otter is also crammed full of outstanding features, these include a set of large barn door style flaps, counter-rotating props for improved handling, scale outline with detailed surface finish, and scale plastic parts. Other features include a fully sprung, all metal CNC nose strut with servo saver, low bounce soft foam oversized bush wheels, and day bright LED lights throughout.

The list of outstanding features goes on with a set of floats included, these are easily fitted in place of the tricycle landing gear so that you can have even more fun flying from lakes and rivers. The included Aerostar RVS speed controllers make flying from water on the floats so much easier, they allow you to maneuver and taxi even in the more challenging conditions and situations that can be found on inland waters. To further help when flying with the floats fitted are a pair of optional tail fins, these increase the yaw stability caused by the extra drag of the floats. Avios have also included two magnetically held interchangeable nose sections, one short to emulate the "Series 100" Twin Otter, and one long so that you can quickly change the look of your Twin Otter to a "Series 200".
