The Avios Tundra series of STOL sports planes has enjoyed a massive following over the years, and rightfully so, as it has been one of the best flying RC foam planes ever designed. They have an impressive flight envelope with an amazing STOL performance, and all this is coupled with a great-looking plane. The original 1300mm Tundra was followed sometime later with the launch of the 1700mm Grand Tundra, which encompassed all your favorite features but on a larger scale. This was then followed by the Grand Tundra Plus version, which kept all the original features but had improved wing servo connectors to give a stronger and more reliable connection.

We now take yet another leap forward to the 1700mm Grand Tundra 2. Like all things that evolve, there are areas that, over time, could do with a slight improvement. So, after listening to our customers and pilots, and from our own experiences, the GT2 was born, and it is better than ever. It is now a 6S setup as standard, the tail wheel has been redesigned and strengthened, the main tundra wheels have pneumatic rubber tires, it has a removable plywood battery tray with spring-loaded latch (for quick battery changes), hex-head screws all round, and a new profile, more efficient glass-filled nylon 15x8 propeller. The look of the GT2 has also changed; it has a new, striking design in the popular green and silver color scheme.

We all love to go out and fly our RC Planes on a nice day, and then have to stop when darkness comes. Now, with the Flybeam 2, you don't have to, you can carry on through dusk and into nightime with this amazing, fun to fly, but very stable EPO foam Night Flyer. The key feature of the Flybeam 2 is the pre-installed, multi-coloured RC plane LED light system, which also includes wing tip strobe lights. The new style LED lighting system on the Flybeam 2 has been redesigned from earlier versions of this model to be brighter, and much lighter in weight. They provide a distinct contrast between the upper and lower surfaces for easy orientation when flying in the dark and low light conditions.

It is supplied as a Plug-N-Fly model with minimal parts count, so assembly is quick and simple. There is no gluing required, just one screw holds the tail components in place, and 1 screw for the wing. With a new more powerful setup, the 2860-2100KV brushless inrunner motor and the 12-blade EDF unit make the Flycat V2 not only quite a bit faster, but it improves the verticals and it also sounds amazing, just like a real turbine, especially when doing fast, high-speed passes. Coupled with the motor and EDF unit is one of our Aerostar 80A RVS G2 speed controllers, this not only gives you solid reliability, it also offers you the choice of instant reverse. If you are flying from a hard runway this helps shorten the landing run quite considerably when selected after touchdown. Another feature of the FLYCAT V2 is the twin-rudders, these bring in another dimension when flying the V2. It is now able to perform even more jet-like maneuvers including falling leaves and knife-edge, etc, and they also help in the approach to landing and when flying at slower speeds. The new high-viz color scheme not only looks great, but it stands out well in the sky which helps orientation when flying big, fast aerobatic maneuvers. Last but not least on the V2 there is no need for hand-launching, it comes with a set of pre-installed grass-capable electronic retracts. While Avios are known the world over for their fantastic semi-scale models of powered airplanes, particularly waterplanes, their experience and dedication to designing and producing great flying models means they are perfectly placed to produce other types as well. The Avios Kobuz is a large, aerobatic, sport-scale model with outstanding flight characteristics of the SZD-21 Kobuz single-seat aerobatic glider, designed and built in Poland.

This flapped, 2200mm wingspan model features clean and aesthetic lines, it will fly fast or slow, has an incredible climb rate, and is very aerobatic with good speed retention in the glide. All these things are wrapped up in one big, beautiful package, which is then finished in a stunning hi-viz Swiss color scheme. The color scheme design is quite different top and bottom for great orientation when flying high or at a distance. One feature of the Kobuz is the very large canopy with instrument panel detail, which offers easy access to the battery and RC compartment. There is also plenty of room in the canopy if you wish to convert the Kobuz to FPV.

This third version of the Durafly DH 100 Vampire follows on from its predecessors to deliver a fantastic even better version of this popular EDF jet. This version of the Vampire DH100 is finished in a Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) color scheme, this scheme was selected for its history and its orientation when flying. The RCAF obtained their Vampires in late 1948, and being their Air Force's first-ever jet fighter, they were an instant hit with the RCAF aircrew and pilots. The Vampire had an outstanding performance and graceful lines, this Durafly version captures these attributes beautifully.

The Catalina was one of the most widely used flying boats of the 2nd World War. It served with every branch of the United States Armed Forces, and the Avios version depicts a Catalina in the stunning US Coast Guard scheme of the early 1940s era.

The Supermarine Spitfire is the most famous fighter plane from the Second World War, and the Mk.1a defines where its history started. This Avios model represents an early WW2 version that came out just before the "Battle of Britain". It looks stunning and is possibly the best-looking and best-flying foam Spitfire on the market today. At this point, we would like to give thanks to Tom Hunt, whose drawings the Avios Spitfire Mk.1a is based on, and it is one of the main reasons why this Avios Spitfire (just like its smaller brother from Durafly) flies so well.. The Mk.1a has that truly iconic shape and lines of the Supermarine Spitfire as it was seen through the eyes of its original designer, R.J. Mitchell. The upper surfaces have a brand new, authentic early WW2 camouflage color scheme, with a black and white scheme underneath. This scheme was used from 1938 and during the "Phony War" on RAF fighters to help the observation of friendly aircraft from the ground. The Avios Spitfire Mk.1a is a poignant and fitting tribute to the pilots who flew them during these early years of aerial combat.

The Tundra has had a massive cult following over the years within the RC community as it's easily one of the best flying electric RC planes on the market with an impressive flight envelope. This was followed sometime later with the launch of the Grand Tundra which encompassed all your favorite features but on a larger scale. The Grand Tundra Plus keeps 99% of the features of the original version, the one change that has been made is to the wing servo connectors, these have a new design to give a stronger and more reliable connection.

The Ranger 2400 is a large electric powered pusher glider that has been specifically designed for FPV flying.  The enormous fuselage has plenty of room for large capacity or twin battery packs, radio and stabilizer components, FPV equipment, and molded into the front just below the nose is a purpose-made provision for an FPV camera. Also included is the usual Volantex camera mount that can take the place of the black canopy if you wish. Assembly is quick and easy with no glue required, the vertical fin and horizontal stabilizer are simply screwed to the rear of the fuselage. The EPO wings are fitted with a carbon spar for strength and 2 robust metal spars join the wings to the fuselage. Also, each of the large ailerons is reinforced with carbon to eliminate any chance of distortion or twisting. The wings are attached to the fuselage using the popular Volantex fast connect clips, after flying, simply squeeze the clips to release the wings.

After listening to customer feedback the Durafly team has designed this, stunningly painted, Red Edition Me-163 Komet.
