The XFLY A-10 Thunderbolt II is a small, scale twin-EDF model of the iconic US Air Force close attack fighter that is perfect for flying in smaller areas such as local parks, sports fields, etc. The full-size A-10 Thunderbolt affectionately known as the "Warthog", was mainly used for close air support for ground troops and armored vehicles. The Supermarine Spitfire is the most famous fighter plane from the Second World War, and the Mk.1a defines where its history started. This Avios model represents an early WW2 version that came out just before the "Battle of Britain". At this point, we would like to give thanks to Tom Hunt, whose drawings the Avios Spitfire Mk.1a is based on, and it is one of the main reasons why this Avios Spitfire (just like its smaller brother from Durafly) flies so well.. This scheme was used from 1938 and during the "Phony War" on RAF fighters to help the observation of friendly aircraft from the ground. The full-size Boeing-Saab T-7 Red Hawk (originally known as the Boeing T-X) is an American/Swedish advanced jet trainer that was designed to replace the popular Northrop T-38 Talon. The design is smaller, but very similar to the McDonnell Douglas F/A-18 with its large leading edge root extensions, and V-shaped twin vertical tail design. These design features give the full-size incredible maneuverability and excellent low-speed handling, these attributes carry over extremely well to the XFLY model of the T-7A Red Hawk.
