A asa é um caso de uma peça com construção EPP, um aerofólio simétrico muito preciso com 2 mastros adicionais para minimizar flex e torcer. As superfícies de controle são outra coisa - o elevador, leme e ailerons apresentam uma construção de 3 camadas (Epp-Depron-PPE) para fazer superfícies rígidas e NÃO à flexão à extrema joga! Snap rolls 'Snap' e resposta de controle é instantânea.

The XFLY A-10 Thunderbolt II is a small, scale twin-EDF model of the iconic US Air Force close attack fighter that is perfect for flying in smaller areas such as local parks, sports fields, etc. The full-size A-10 Thunderbolt affectionately known as the "Warthog", was mainly used for close air support for ground troops and armored vehicles. It is based on the plane that EK16 commander, Wolfgang Spate, flew on the first operational mission. After this flight the plane was returned to it's more traditional color scheme. As well as this stunning color the Durafly team has incorporated a wider tracked 'dolly' to improve ground handling during take-off. The Durafly Me-163 is in itself a truly a ground breaking model. Not only does this Komet feature a fully working scale 'dolly' style undercarriage, blistering performance and a high-quality finish, but it is designed out of the box to accept a model rocket engine!
