This version of the popular Piper J-3 Cub is in a striking new Swiss color scheme which is a must for all scale pilots. This color scheme uses a lot less paint so there is a bit of a saving in weight which further reduces the already low wing loading. The attention to detail makes it an extremely realistic model, and it comes with a nice, generous size 1400mm wingspan. Like all Cub's with its large wingspan, and stable flying characteristics it is very easy to fly, perfect for low-hour pilots and experts alike. The Swiss Cub also has a new all-metal landing gear which is virtually indestructible, this will survive the hardest of landings. Further weight saving has been achieved by the removal of the metal tail bracing wires, these have been replaced with scale-looking, easy to fit, lightweight elasticated white shock chord.

The Avios Tundra series of STOL sports planes has enjoyed a massive following over the years, and rightfully so, as it has been one of the best flying RC foam planes ever designed. They have an impressive flight envelope with an amazing STOL performance, and all this is coupled with a great-looking plane. The original 1300mm Tundra was followed sometime later with the launch of the 1700mm Grand Tundra, which encompassed all your favorite features but on a larger scale. This was then followed by the Grand Tundra Plus version, which kept all the original features but had improved wing servo connectors to give a stronger and more reliable connection.

We now take yet another leap forward to the 1700mm Grand Tundra 2. Like all things that evolve, there are areas that, over time, could do with a slight improvement. So, after listening to our customers and pilots, and from our own experiences, the GT2 was born, and it is better than ever. It is now a 6S setup as standard, the tail wheel has been redesigned and strengthened, the main tundra wheels have pneumatic rubber tires, it has a removable plywood battery tray with spring-loaded latch (for quick battery changes), hex-head screws all round, and a new profile, more efficient glass-filled nylon 15x8 propeller. The look of the GT2 has also changed; it has a new, striking design in the popular green and silver color scheme.

Kit se encaixa bem, leve lixamento de bordos anterior e posterior necessárias para remover a espuma extra. Optamos por não reforçar a ala com tubulação CF, que didnt provar ser um problema, mesmo em plena velocidade alta G voltas.

Optamos por montar o BESC sendo área da bateria, caso a bateria precisava ser movido para a frente para ajustar CofG, no entanto, isso não era necessário.

EDF foi montado na vara de montagem. Vara montagem foi encurtado, com o pedaço extra usado para elevar a EDF fora a vara para limpar a mortalha EDF. 2 parafusos realizada a unidade de ventilação para o pau, uma antes e outra depois das pás do ventilador.

Primeiro voo.

Mantivemos CofG 9,5 centímetros a partir do ápice das asas ponta. O Flycat era mão lançou a 3/4 do acelerador, acelerando rapidamente. Para nossa surpresa, foi necessário nenhum corte.

O Flycat é um kit extremamente rápido para voar, e exigiu uma série de elevador em turnos. Sugerimos colocar o elevador no máximo joga. Ele precisa de quantidades enormes de elevador durante as curvas!

Em geral um excelente plano que voa sem problemas, mesmo em dias de vento.

Nós sugerimos um bom pacote de lipo, como este pequeno hotty vai mastigar através de um 1500mAh em apenas 5 minutos. Utilizou-se o pacote de 3S1P ZIPPY-R 1800mAh 22C durante cerca de 8 voos minuto. Em comparação com o pacote ZIPPY-Q, que nos levou curto em cerca de 7 minutos.

A velocidade da morsa em WOT é bastante surpreendente e com abas como equipamento de série, também é capaz de voar incrivelmente lento, esta combinação dá a morsa um envelope de vôo impressionante para um "preços razoáveis" planador espumoso! Não pode haver dúvida, independentemente da sua experiência de vôo ..... você não pode ir mal com uma morsa!

The Ranger 2400 is a large electric powered pusher glider that has been specifically designed for FPV flying.  The enormous fuselage has plenty of room for large capacity or twin battery packs, radio and stabilizer components, FPV equipment, and molded into the front just below the nose is a purpose-made provision for an FPV camera. Also included is the usual Volantex camera mount that can take the place of the black canopy if you wish. Assembly is quick and easy with no glue required, the vertical fin and horizontal stabilizer are simply screwed to the rear of the fuselage. The EPO wings are fitted with a carbon spar for strength and 2 robust metal spars join the wings to the fuselage. Also, each of the large ailerons is reinforced with carbon to eliminate any chance of distortion or twisting. The wings are attached to the fuselage using the popular Volantex fast connect clips, after flying, simply squeeze the clips to release the wings.
