De nano-kerntechnologie lithium ion batterijen is de toepassing van nanometer geleidende additieven. De nanometer geleidende additieven vormen ultra-sterk-elektronengeleidende netwerken in de elektroden die elektronische geleidbaarheid kan verhogen.

Deze additieven maken het vermogen van imbibitie in de dragervloeistof meer ionen channels.This leveren verbetert het vermogen van ionen transmissie en ionendiffusie. Door het verbeteren van de elektronische geleidbaarheid en ion transmissie, wordt de impedantie verminderd en de polarisatie van een hoog percentage ontlading daalt sterk.
