The large propeller provides ample braking action in the downlines to avoid overspeeding, and if you enjoy flying knife-edge, then the Arcus II performs this with ease. No roll or pitch coupling here, just apply a touch of rudder, control the throttle to hold your line, and the Arcus will knife edge until the cows come home. Finally, when the time comes, throttle back, and the Carbon Arcus settles into a nice sink rate for a perfect 3-point landing every time.

It is based on the classic stick design and is quite capable of all the usual aerobatic maneuvers, plus with the right power train, it doubles up as the perfect 3D trainer. It has a very wide speed range, it is just as happy flying slowly as it is screaming about the sky. For added fun and enjoyment, the strip ailerons are split halfway making for outboard ailerons and inboard flaps.
