The Ranger 2000 is easy to assemble and features a large wingspan which provides stability, and also allows the model to fly at slow speeds. The EPO wings are fitted with two spars for strength and each aileron is reinforced with carbon to eliminate any chance of distortion or twisting. The wings are attached to the fuselage using fast connect clips, after flying, simply squeeze the clips to release the wings.

The Phoenix V2 2000 is a quick and easy to assemble electric powered glider with flaps and large ailerons for a precise, aerobatic performance. The subject of this kit is the German liaison aircraft built during WW11, the Fieseler Fi 156 Storch. The Storch (German for "Stork") is famous for its STOL (Short Take-Off and Landing) abilities and it had an incredibly low stall speed of only 31mph. It was mainly used during WW11 for reconnaissance, spotting for the army and forward operations, and medical evacuation. Its design incorporated hinged slats along the entire length of the wings leading edge and a hinged and slotted set of control surfaces ran along each trailing edge, this was split equally to form outboard ailerons and inboard flaps. Virtually nothing about the Storch is streamlined with bits sticking out everywhere including the side windows,  this with its long undercarriage hanging down gives it a unique long-legged bird look which is why it was given the name of "Storch".

We have all had to start learning to fly an RC model at some point, and a stable, high-wing trainer that is very forgiving is what is required.
