Turnigy APEX 2000mAh 4S 14.8V 180C LiPo Battery with XT60 for 7 inch FPV Drone and Planes
Turnigy APEX FPV LiPo Battery Series: 180C Pure Cobalt Performance
The Turnigy APEX Series is the next iteration of FPV drone power, building on the legacy of the Turnigy NanoTech, Graphene, and Rapid battery lines.
Designed for FPV drone racing, freestyle quads, and high-performance RC aircraft, the APEX series introduces Pure Cobalt LiPo chemistry and Z-Fold cell technology. This combination provides an ultra-high 180C discharge rate, low internal resistance (IR), and stable voltage under heavy throttle load.
From lightweight 4S packs for 5-inch freestyle builds to high-voltage 8S setups for professional cinema rigs, Turnigy APEX delivers reliable, high-draw performance.
180C Discharge Rate
The APEX 2000mAh 4S LiPo delivers execllent performance. Built for aggressive throttle changes and rapid acceleration. The 180C rating ensures consistent punch-out power without voltage sag during demanding FPV maneuvers.
Low Internal Resistance (IR)
Low IR keeps your voltage curve flat under load. This provides smoother motor response, cooler operating temperatures, and sustained power from start to finish.
Optimized for 7-Inch Quads
Achieves a high capacity-to-weight ratio tailored for 7-inch FPV racing, freestyle setups, and high-performance drones. Also suitable for selected 6-inch 4S builds. Thanks to its shorty and nearly square design, the APEX battery sits flush on your drone, minimizing the chances of overhang.

⚠️ Pre-Purchase Checklist & LiPo Safety
Check your drone frame dimensions, weight, and mounting space before purchase. Suggested frame sizes are for reference only.
Always use a proper LiPo balance charger. Never leave charging batteries unattended.
Telemetry: FPV flight drains voltage rapidly. Use a telemetry voltage sensor or OSD to monitor real-time cell voltage and avoid over-discharging.
Storage: Store batteries at a safe storage voltage (~3.8V to 3.85V per cell) in a cool, fireproof location when not in use.
