We all love to go out and fly our RC Planes on a nice day, and then have to stop when darkness comes. Now, with the Flybeam 2, you don't have to, you can carry on through dusk and into nightime with this amazing, fun to fly, but very stable EPO foam Night Flyer. The key feature of the Flybeam 2 is the pre-installed, multi-coloured RC plane LED light system, which also includes wing tip strobe lights. The new style LED lighting system on the Flybeam 2 has been redesigned from earlier versions of this model to be brighter, and much lighter in weight. They provide a distinct contrast between the upper and lower surfaces for easy orientation when flying in the dark and low light conditions.

Other improvements to the Flybeam 2 RC airplanes include, larger wheels for better ground handling, and the ability to fly from unprepared take-off, landing strips, and, an Aerostar 30A G2 RVS ESC with reverse. These ESCs have proved to be very reliable, and the ability to reverse instantly is a real game changer. Last, but not least, is that the Night Flyer is now manufactured in EPO foam, this is much stronger, and lighter than the original EPP foam that was used.

The Flybeam 2 may look like any other high-wing RC trainer plane, but it is anything but. The controls are ultra responsive, but it retains excellent stability in all phases of flight, including high and low speeds. The combination of the new EPO foam, and the new-style LED RC lights make for quite a saving in weight, resulting in a lower wing loading. This results in a lower wing load, and other characteristics, making it an ideal sport, aerobatic rc park flyer for your first night flight experience, and a more advanced option than rc planes for beginners.

This PNF (Plug-N-Fly) Remote Control Plane has a pre-installed 4018-950KV brushless motor, Aerostar 30A ESC, and 4 x 9g servos, and assembly of the Flybeam 2 is very quick and simple. There is no complicated wiring for the night system, just plug the wing LED's into the improved PCB board, connect the stabilizer to the pre-run wire through the fuselage and your night flying system is complete. Then it is just a case of attaching the tail, landing gear, wing and prop, and it is finished.
