We have all had to start learning to fly an RC model at some point, and a stable, high-wing trainer that is very forgiving is what is required. It is based on the classic stick design and is quite capable of all the usual aerobatic maneuvers, plus with the right power train, it doubles up as the perfect 3D trainer. It has a very wide speed range, it is just as happy flying slowly as it is screaming about the sky. For added fun and enjoyment, the strip ailerons are split halfway making for outboard ailerons and inboard flaps. This allows for really slow or steep approach landings, and if the flaps are mixed in with your other controls it allows you to customize the handling to suit your own flying style.
