While Avios are known the world over for their fantastic semi-scale models of powered airplanes, particularly waterplanes, their experience and dedication to designing and producing great flying models means they are perfectly placed to produce other types as well. The Avios Kobuz is a large, aerobatic, sport-scale model with outstanding flight characteristics of the SZD-21 Kobuz single-seat aerobatic glider, designed and built in Poland.

This flapped, 2200mm wingspan model features clean and aesthetic lines, it will fly fast or slow, has an incredible climb rate, and is very aerobatic with good speed retention in the glide. All these things are wrapped up in one big, beautiful package, which is then finished in a stunning hi-viz Swiss color scheme. This version of the Vampire DH100 is finished in a Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) color scheme, this scheme was selected for its history and its orientation when flying. The RCAF obtained their Vampires in late 1948, and being their Air Force's first-ever jet fighter, they were an instant hit with the RCAF aircrew and pilots. The Vampire had an outstanding performance and graceful lines, this Durafly version captures these attributes beautifully.

The Yak-11 was designed as an advanced trainer for use by the Soviet Air Force and came into service in 1947. The pilot and instructor sat in tandem under a long canopy that had separate sliding hoods. Although designed as a trainer, Yak-11s were also used in combat during the Korean War, and more recently, highly modified ones have been used very successfully for air racing. The Steadfast was built from scratch as an out-and-out high-performance single-seat racer in Romania in the early 2000s. It was based on the Yak-3, but essentially it looks the same as a Yak-11, so our model is based on our previous Yak-11 model.

The H-King Yak Steadfast is supplied with a power train that has been developed for pure speed. Using a 6S LiPo pack, the 5020-550KV brushless motor with the supplied 85A ESC and 16x6 prop will give it an incredible turn of speed of over 100 mph. It is very quick, and seeing a model of this impressive size doing fast pylon turns near the ground is a sight to behold. Aerobatics are also a dream to perform, the rolls are very axial, and looping maneuvers are big due to the abundance of power. The only limitations to the aerobatics it will perform are your flying skills.

The Durafly Me-163B has been designed for pilots with some experience, it benefits from an incredible flight performance, great stability throughout its speed range, and like the real thing, it is incredibly fast. The XFLY A-10 Thunderbolt II is a small, scale twin-EDF model of the iconic US Air Force close attack fighter that is perfect for flying in smaller areas such as local parks, sports fields, etc. The full-size A-10 Thunderbolt affectionately known as the "Warthog", was mainly used for close air support for ground troops and armored vehicles. It was highly maneuverable due to its large ailerons, was very tough and durable, could take a lot of punishment, and it "pièces de résistance" was the Gatling gun mounted in the nose. The actual airframe was designed around this high-powered 30mm gun, it was one of the most powerful guns ever fitted to a plane and could fire up to an amazing 4,200 rounds per minute.
